Sales Manager - Full Time Salaried

homme|femme is a small, female owned and run business looking for a motivated, responsible, trustworthy, customer-service-loving individual to join our team!

the ideal candidate will need to be willing to be up to date on the latest trends, fashion retail experience a big asset (retail management experience is even better) and must love clothing and styling as well as having fantastic Customer Service Skills!

This is mainly a Customer Service Position. Our manager works directly with customers in the store 5 days/week.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction and styling Clients on a daily basis.
• Managing the homme|femme team and overseeing store operations.
• Assisting with Buying
• Displays and Merchandising
• Answering Customer Emails and Packing/Shipping Online Orders
• Receiving and Unpacking New Stock
• Assisting with Product Photo Shoots
• Assisting with HF Agency tasks on a seasonal basis

 

Start Date Early to Mid June (negotiable)

Pay is Negotiable (salaried, plus clothing allowances)

35-40 hours per week (tues-sat) with vacation days.

 

 

Part Time Sales Associate

• Delivering a great shopping experience • Displays and Merchandising
• Maintaining store appearance
• Answering Customer Emails and Packing/Shipping Online Orders
• Receiving and Unpacking New Stock
• Assisting with Product Photo Shoots
• Ensuring that loss prevention policies are followed

 

• Ability to strike up conversations with customers

 

• Previous customer service experience is an asset

Start Date Early to Mid June (negotiable)

Pay is Negotiable

2-3 days/week weekend availability a must
